"No Supported CD-R/W found" message with CD Burner Software

First of all you have to make sure that you are using the correct and upto date version of that software. Either ONE / Both of following CD Burner Software can work with you CD RW Drive. You have to check with Manufacturer of CDRW or contact us regarding the correct sofware.

Adaptec or Roxio

From 5.x to latest version
If using Roxio (Adaptec) Easy CD Creator version 5.x or 5.1 and your CDRW drive is still not recognized by the software or has any other problems please upgrade to Latest Version By Clicking Here and Downloading Web Update
